All items are described and photographed as accurately as possible. However, due to the handcrafted nature of jewellery, slight variations in appearance, weight, and stone placement may occur.

3. Pricing

All prices are in AUD and include GST (Goods & Services Tax) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Items will be charged at the price confirmed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders and Payments

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless a prior arrangement has been made. We accept cash, EFTPOS, major credit cards, and other approved payment methods.

For online or remote purchases:

• Free shipping is offered.
• Shipping fees and delivery times will be confirmed at checkout.
• Whitneys Jewellers is not liable for delays or damages once an order is dispatched.

7. Returns and Exchanges

No Exchange or Refund for change of mind

8. Faulty Goods

If an item is found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects, we will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care is not covered.

9. Warranty

Jewellery may come with a manufacturer or store warranty. Please retain your proof of purchase. Warranty excludes wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

10. Ring Resizing

Please advise the size required for ring resizing. We may contact you if a charge for this service is necessary.

11. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal details are used only for order processing and customer service. We do not share your information with third parties without consent.

12. Changes to Terms

Whitneys Jewellers reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted in-store and on our website.
