PRE-ORDERED ITEMS

We bet you are excited to receive your product/s, so we wanted to reach out to let you know a few things to bear in mind prior to placing any pre-orders.

Pre-ordered items are not currently in stock, however, they are available to purchase in advance, as we will arrange this order especially for you! Payment for the pre-ordered product/s will be taken in advance to ensure the order is confirmed.

As mentioned above, payment will be taken upon placing the order. The item/s will then be processed for delivery once the pre-ordered product has arrived in store, or manufacturing on site is completed.

Please understand that product availability is not guaranteed, as production can be subject to external factors that may be outside of Whitney’s Jewellers control. In this unlikely case, you will, of course, be refunded.

NOTE: Pre-ordered Rings - Once pre-order is received, manufacturing time will be advised via email.

Estimated time of receival: 7-10 days — You are certainly still eligible to return the item, as agreed in our return/refund policy here.
